Sheldon Takasaki of Carmela Orchids Will Speak at Wednesday’s HOS Meeting

Sheldon Takasaki, owner of Carmela Orchids, will be the guest speaker at Wednesday’s (October 10, 2018) general membership meeting of the Honolulu Orchid Society.  Sheldon will be speaking on how he grows his vandas and other orchid genera at his nursery located on the Big Island.  Sheldon is one of the vendors selling at the Honolulu Orchid Society Show which opens on Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Washington Middle School cafeteria.

The general membership meeting will begin at 7:00 PM in the Lanakila Elementary School cafeteria.  The public is invited to the meeting.  There is ample free parking in front of the cafeteria.  Refreshments will be served.
