Two flowers and no buds on one inflorescence; sepals and petals intense royal purple, darker distally; lip royal purple background with deep velvety purple distally, margined royal purple on extremely ruffled margin, yellow venation in the throat with subtle light-yellow eyes; column white with light purple dorsally and adjacent to the white anther cap with a very dark purple blotch centrally; substance firm; texture crystalline with a velvet lip. Natural spread horizontal 16.0 cm, vertical 17.5 cm; dorsal sepal width 3.4 cm, length 9.0 cm; petals width 7.3 cm, length 8.5 cm; lateral sepals width 3.0 cm, length 9.0 cm; lip width 8.0 cm, length 9.1 cm.
