After a year of no blooms, I placed this orchid in a sunnier area and it gave me 4 blooms.
Josie,
Very nice. Sometimes a slight adjustment of a location helps to bring a little more sunlight to help trigger a plant to bloom. But be careful when it is mid-year and the sun is stronger. A greater intensity of light or longer hours of light may do the trick.
The color of the leaves often let you know if the light level is enough, a deeper or darker green means more light could help. You’re looking for a lighter shade like a lime green.
