Twenty-six flowers and eight buds on nine inflorescences; inflorescence judged had five flowers and no buds; sepals pale chartreuse, spotted maroon on back; petals ivory with pale chartreuse venation, centrally spotted maroon on back; trilobed lip chartreuse with heavy maroon striping , callus white, side lobes covering column, midlobe pinched; column ivory; anther cap white; substance firm; texture matte. Natural spread horizontal 6.2 cm, vertical 3.6 cm; dorsal sepal width 1.0 cm, length 2.5 cm; petals width 1.8 cm, length 3.0 cm; lateral sepals width 1.2 cm, length 1.9 cm; lip width 1.2 cm, length 1.8 cm.
