Eighteen flowers and no buds on two inflorescences; inflorescence judged had eleven distinctively colored, open lipped flowers on a 39 centimeter arched inflorescence; elliptical sepals pale green; slightly undulating elliptical petals pale green with chartreuse picotee; wide flattened trilobed lip, side lobes reflexed with papillose structures, mid-lobe margins undulate with exaggerated central keel, pale green overlaid with olive green and darker green/magenta venation; column light green; anther cap light green; substance firm; texture crystalline; judged for distinctive lip, shape and structures and flower color. Natural spread horizontal 10.0 cm, vertical 11.0 cm; dorsal sepal width 2.3 cm, length 4.5 cm; petals width 3.5 cm, length 6.0 cm; lateral sepals width 2.2 cm, length 4.4 cm; lip width 5.0 cm, length 5.0 cm.
