HOS Displays Win Trophies at Kunia and Windward Orchid Shows

The Honolulu Orchid Society put up displays at both the Kunia and Windward Orchid Shows held during the weekend beginning March 21.  The displays were constructed by two teams led by Williette Wong and Carol De Witt at the Kunia Orchid Show and Dr. Inge White and her students at the Windward Orchid Show.  The Kunia Orchid Show was held in the Leilehua High School Gymnasium in Wahiawa while the Windward Orchid Show was held at the King Intermediate School Gym in Kaneohe.  HOS received the second place trophy for best floor display at the Kunia Show and received the second place trophy for best table top display at the Windward Show.

The table top display at Windward had several trophy winning plants.
Besides winning the second place trophy, the HOS table top display at the Windward Orchid Show had several trophy winning plants.
