HOS Display Takes Second Place at Aiea Orchid Show

The Honolulu Orchid Society was one of six societies that put up a display at the 2014 Aiea Orchid Show.  The HOS display was constructed under the leadership of Show Chairman Williette Wong.  The display took the second place trophy and a $100 cash prize.  It was a beautiful and colorful display.  Williette was helped by Carol De Witt, Ben Sills, Calvin Abe, Sherry Abe, Ronald Yamauchi, Melvin Waki and Inez Brunson.

The Aiea Orchid Show opened on Friday, June 6 and will continue through the weekend closing on Sunday at 3:00 PM.  Click on the photos below for a larger, higher resolution image.
